Shipping and Returns (UK & International)

We offer free shipping for all orders over £45, and charge a set rate of £2.99 for all orders under this value. We use Royal Mail and will ship items using the below options dependent on the value of the order.

UK Shipping:

• Royal Mail - Tracked 48 (2-4 Day expectation)
• Royal Mail - Tracked 24 (1-2 Day expectation)
• Royal Mail - Special Delivery - Including Saturday (24 Hour Service)

 

International Shipping:

• International Tracked Option (5-10 Day expectation)

Deliveries outside of Europe will require a contact number and may be subject to longer waits. To be confirmed at the time of the order.

 

Return and Exchange Policy:

If for whatever reason you decide to cancel or return a product,

• Write to us (info@clubamity.co.uk)
• Orders can be cancelled prior to delivery until 12 pm the following day.
• Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days.
• Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 14 days for a resolution.

Return postage for unwanted items are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the return, refunds will be processed by us within 5 working days.
